To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. We are extremely careful with our shipping and in over 20 years have very few issues with damage. We will make right any damage by replacing the item once damaged item is returned.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and altered items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Policy
14 day return policy : We offer a full 14 day return policy which starts from the day your item is delivered. Item need to be shipped back to us in like new condition or refurbishing charges will be deducted from the original purchase price. Like new condition items that are returned will receive a credit for the full purchase price. Please send back priority mail or 1st class mail with insurance (so we have a tracking record), this will be at your expense. I recommend small box flat rate priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance for higher priced items. Upon inspection a credit will be issued to the same account purchase was made from (credit card, debit, ect). Depending on the circumstances, exchanges or defects get a credit for the return postage as well since I want to make this transaction as perfect as possible.
