Gemstone & Product Disclosures
Gems by Gigi sells both natural and lab-grown gemstones. Each product listing clearly identifies whether a gemstone is natural or lab-created. Where applicable, common gemstone treatments (such as heat treatment) are disclosed in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Jewelry Guides.

Carat weights, measurements, and gemstone descriptions listed on this site are approximate and may vary slightly due to the natural and handmade nature of each piece. As many items are one-of-a-kind, once a specific piece is sold, an identical replacement may not be available; a similar piece may be custom-made upon request, subject to separate pricing.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information, errors may occasionally occur. Gems by Gigi reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund provided in that case.
