Every ring from Gems by Gigi — whether you bought it years ago or today — is covered by our Stone Replacement Warranty. If a stone is lost or damaged, we'll replace it. That's our commitment to you.

What's Covered

The replacement stone itself, at no cost to you.

What You're Responsible For

• Labor to reset the new stone
• Prong re-tipping, if needed
• Rhodium treatment, if your ring is white gold

The One Condition

Have your ring professionally inspected once a year to keep this warranty fully active. Regular inspections catch loose prongs and worn settings before a stone is ever lost — which is exactly what keeps this warranty something we can offer.

You can send your ring to us by mail, or bring it in person if you're near Oceanside, California. Whichever is easier for you.

If there's been a significant lapse between inspections, we'll still replace the stone — just at a discounted rate rather than free, evaluated case-by-case based on your ring's condition and history.
