Heart is just slightly tilted. Natural diamond accents on top half of heart. Gemstone accents on inside of heart with unique prong work that make the gemstones look like stars. Gemstones have a total carat weight of 0.95cttw (in either Ruby or Sapphire). Natural diamonds are round cut with a total carat weight of 0.11cttw. Diamond clarity is from SI2 to I1 and diamond color grade is from H to I. In you choice of solid 14kt white or yellow gold. Comes with a matching 18 inch box chain.
