Please send back priority mail or 1st class mail with insurance (so we have a tracking record), this will be at your expense. I recommend small box flat rate priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance for higher priced items. Upon inspection a credit will be issued to the same account purchase was made from (credit card, debit, ect). Depending on the circumstances, exchanges or defects get a credit for the return postage as well since I want to make this transaction as perfect as possible.
