Imperfectly perfect handmade. Made of solid sterling silver with natural sapphire studs. Studs are small round cut. Total sapphire carat weight is 0.14cttw. Birthstone for September. Jackets measure approximately 10.5 – 11mm in diameter and sit fairly flat on the ear.
