Natural round pink sapphire above engraved heart. Sapphire carat weight 0.08ct. High polish finish. Hearts on back too. Pendant measures a bit shy of 1/2 inch top to bottom from center and just shy of 3/4 of an inch wide. Made of fine silver. Chain is sterling silver 18 inches Carrano style with lobster clasp.
